Frequently asked questions.

Where are you located?

I am based at my shop Neptune tattoo studio in dtla.

Might have guest spots at other studios, please follow my Instagram for travel dates updates.

What is your booking process?

Please fill out the inquiry form on my website and I will be in touch soon. Scheduling will be prioritized by project not by a first come first serve basis. I like to focus on my flash pieces, minimalistic style, animals, flowers, and water creatures.

When will I get an response?

The average respond time should be 3-5 days. Sometime it might take longer if I am on vacation. Please be patient with me :) Also make sure to be checking your spam. Gmail has a habit of sending my emails straight to your spam folders because there is booking information in my emails.

Can I bring someone with me?

Most studios allow you to bring friend with you. However, due to the on going pandemic, a lot of places are stricter about guest.
Please contact me when you book so I can give you the most updated policy.

What are your rates?

My rate starts at $300 for small/micro tattoos. Most projects are $600-1200. Full day session is $1600 to $2000.

I will give you a more precise range when I see your tattoo inquiry form.

I price my tattoos based on the complexity, size and placement of the project, instead of time. Therefore, I don’t have timer going for our session, you will not be charged if we go “"over-time”.

A non-refundable deposit range from $80-$200 will be collected to confirm booking. The deposit amount will go towards your total for the tattoo project.

Does tattoo hurt?

It hurts. But usually tolerable. you can pinch yourself really hard in the area you want to get tattoos to test out the pain level. It generally feels like ant bite or cat scratches.

When do I see my design?

You will see your design at the beginning of your session. I schedule enough time for us to go over minor changes, play with sizing and placement ideas so we don’t need to rush.

How should I prepare for my session?

I suggest eating a good meal, rest well, stay hydrated and wear loose, comfortable dark color clothing that could expose the tattoo area easily.

Bringing a little snack or something sweet is always a good idea. Please arrive sober and avoid drinking alcoholic beverages the day before.
